role responsibility
This is an exciting opportunity for an established Artworker, to sit within our in-house marketing team on a wide range of design projects. You will be expected to artwork print, digital and animated assets with exceptional attention to detail to the necessary specifications and in line with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of both print, digital and animation.
1. | Brand guardian & Brand assets: Lead the creation of brand assets across multiple platforms [print, digital, packaging, in-store, CRM]. Maintain brand consistency while innovating where necessary for tactical briefs and promotions. |
2. | Print artworking: Collaborate with marketing manager and external partners to artwork national and local campaigns across printed formats including but not limited to window vinyls, A-boards, flyers, table talkers and menu boards |
3. | Digital artworking: Collaborate with digital marketing team and external partners to artwork and animate for digital channels including but not limited to digital menu boards, digital totems, CRM, App, website.

4. | Project management & time management: Collaborate with marketing team to manage timelines, prioritize workloads to ensure timely execution without compromising quality |
5. | Design Innovation Awareness: Research emerging design trends, technologies, and customer engagement strategies within the QSR and hospitality sectors and apply to design briefs. |
- Artworking Marketing Campaigns assets [a-boards, window vinyls, digital overheads & digital totems]
- Create advertising for New Store Openings [flyers, social adverts, OOH etc]
- Produce packaging designs for our food and drink range
- Update menu POS across digital & printed channels
- Digital artworking: website, CRM & loyalty app
- Create internal assets, PowerPoints & brochures etc
- Support on photoshoots
- Occasional retouching requirements
the ideal candidate
- 2+ years of experience working within a design-related field, preferably with a digital marketing focus (agency, brand or freelance)
- Strong experience with design applications, including Figma, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects (or similar)
- Good organisation skills – planning of workloads
- Ability to work across multiple projects at the same time and deliver it within agreed timelines
- Strong sense of initiative, a collaborative can-do spirit, and an ability to work independently
- Working with brand guidelines and brand guardianship
- Ability to manage and plan the workload
- Exceptional attention to detail
