Itsu [grocery] offers exciting and enticing high-quality Asian-inspired foods [online and in supermarkets] and has quickly become one of the leading brands in that specific group. Yet, it is still the beginning and the business has huge global ambitions.
scope of the role
We are at an exciting growth stage, spreading our [butterfly] wings across new territories including new categories [chilled prepared, ambient] and new channels [digital, TikTok].
We are more ready than ever to share our story and new news with customers all over the UK. We know we need to do this in a clear, consistent and compelling way.
This role is a great opportunity for an experienced campaign manager to join a brand-new role in the business at an exciting time and guide a new chapter in the itsu [grocery] story.
this is what you will do:
- Effectively plan & manage the itsu [grocery] media and production budget [including tracking spend by campaign tier, committed/not committed spend, budget forecasting, cashflow management & raising of all purchase orders].
- Manage the comms calendar, working collaboratively with key internal stakeholders.
- Ensuring all planned campaigns are delivered on time & on budget.
- own and track critical paths
- deliver assets to spec and on time to the agencies
- set deadlines for all stakeholders, & ensure they are met
- set & lead meetings for all milestones
- Nourish and develop strong relationships with all our key agencies (media, creative, content etc).
- Work alongside the internal brand team to create best in class briefs for external agencies.
- Supply all specifications and details for assets to the creative team.
- Lead campaign governance, i.e. ensuring the right people are informed and consulted at the appropriate moment.
- Track and report on the ROI of all campaigns.
the ideal candidate
- Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a campaign management role with senior level stakeholder responsibilities.
- A brilliant organiser, motivator & communicator.
- Passionate about design, have a creative flair & obsessive over detail.
- Experience in delivering campaigns across multiple channels, including digital.
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge [particularly Excel].
