role responsibility
Online sales channels: deliver marketing plans that drive online sales to achieve
company turnover with agreed marketing spend & timelines. Including Quick-Comm
platforms & management of Amazon agency. Become the itsu [grocery] online expert,
through strong relationships with .com customers.
Online presence: optimise & monitor itsu [grocery]'s online presence to ensure
brand visibility & consistency, this includes appearing top of search with best-in-class
product content. Work with SEO agency & brand team, owning content optimisation
via A/B testing.
Digital advertising: plan, manage & execute advertising campaigns to support retail
media e-commerce strategy via CitrusAd, Criteo, PPC, Paid Social, Google Display
etc
Reporting, analysis & optimisation: evaluate trade marketing activations & working
with category team to utilise online retailer data insight platforms
Budget management: for trade marketing in online-only accounts (Amazon &
Ocado) & additional digital performance marketing spend (e.g. Citrus)
scope of the role
itsu [grocery] is looking for a digital marketing executive to join the marketing team and drive
the performance of our online retail sales channels, including quick-comm platforms &
management of an Amazon agency. The role involves implementing digital advertising plans
to support our retail media e-commerce strategy [CitrusAd, PPC, Paid Social etc].
the ideal candidate
Have a minimum of 1-2 years digital/performance/e-commerce marketing
experience, particularly in FMCG. A background working with retailers would be
ideal.
Are analytical. Are proficient on Excel and have experience conducting and
analysing market data and research.
Are ambitious, intelligent, hard-working and a self-starter with a can-do attitude.
Are commercial.
Have strong communication skills & are a confident presenter.
Are passionate about itsu and our products & want to grow with the company
