Events Manager

the ideal candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a similar role

Scope of the role:

As Events Manager you’ll work alongside the Brand, Marketing & Sales teams to deliver best in class physical activations, showcasing the itsu brand & getting our products into people’s hands in the most beautiful & effective way possible.


Airstream

  • Manage the booking, budgeting, stock supply and production of assets for all activations using the itsu airstream including HQ, retailer, and high footfall sampling.
  • Where possible, attend cook ups and the first day of sampling tours/events.
  • Work closely with the agency partner to ensure the airstream, marketing collateral, and all equipment is in good condition and is adequately resourced
  • Conduct quarterly reviews with agency parent to review performance and track and compare invoices to ensure value for money.
  • Constantly look to iterate and innovate the way we activate, taking inspiration from events, competitors, our restaurants & more.

Trade & Consumer shows 

  • Lead on the planning and activation of all itsu [grocery] trade and consumer shows [utilising the air stream and bespoke stands], including booking, budgeting, stock supply, and briefing of marketing assets.
  • Work closely with agency partners to ensure all itsu [grocery] production standards are me.

International

  • Oversee the airstream and trade/consumer show activation in international markets, working closely with the international marketing team.

QB & events

  • Work alongside the HR team to assist in the planning and activation of best-in-class internal company events.

Agency management

  • Develop a good working relationship with all agency partners
  • Lead on feedback/ reviews and new tenders
