The role of a Finance Assistant will be to support the AP/AR function in day to day and ad-hoc matters to ensure we process and reconcile both our payables and receivables accurately.

• Supplier statements reconciliation
• Bank reconciliation
• Daily sales journals
• Account customer billing and credit control
• Weekly VAT reconciliations
• Maintain an orderly filing system
• Create and maintain manuals for finance procedures

relevant experience skills and qualifications:

• Multi-site experience in retail, hospitality, or similar field preferred
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure and within tight time frames
• Experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV preferred
• Basic to intermediate Excel skills are preferred
• Finance qualifications and experience in working in the finance team prefered
