itsu is a much-loved chain of  Asian-inspired shops and restaurants across the UK. itsu [grocery], which this role falls under, takes the itsu brand into supermarkets, health food stores, wholesale and internationally with products such as crispy seaweed thins, frozen gyoza & bao, instant rice’noodles, miso’easy & brilliant’broths to name a few…

We are looking for high potential, motivated graduates to join our brand new graduate scheme starting September 2022. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route into management. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and allows you to gain experience in 4 key areas of business:

• Marketing
• Sales
• Supply Chain
• New Product Development

The application process consists of 3 stages:

Stage 1: An online application where you will need to submit your CV and answer four mini-essay questions.

Stage 2: An online psychometric test & video interview.

Stage 3 [Final stage]: An assessment day at our London office which includes a skills-based interview and on-the-spot presentation.

All these stages are designed to get to know you, to identify your passions and strengths and understand your fit within the business.
