Scope of the role:

 We are looking for high-potential, motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2025. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route into management. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and allows you to gain experience in 4 key areas of business:

• Brand
• Sales
• Supply Chain
• Finance

Selection process: 

• Application and numerical reasoning test
• Online psychometric test
• Mini Essay questions for each of the 4 business areas above
• Video interview 
• In-person task and interview on 10^th April with our Managing Directors
