Scope of the role:

We are looking for high-potential, motivated graduates to join our graduate scheme starting September 2025. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route into management. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and allows you to gain experience in 4 key areas of business:
- Brand
- Sales
- Supply Chain
- Finance
Selection process:
- Application and numerical reasoning test
- Online psychometric test
- Mini Essay questions for each of the 4 business areas above
- Video interview
- In-person task and interview on 10th April with our Managing Directors
