scope of the role
● You will be one of three in-house Graphic Designers [projects split by
category]
● Work closely with the Product Development & Artwork team on all itsu
[grocery] packaging, managing concept through to artwork [design
concepts to be briefed to our in-house artworker]
● Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and in line with briefs &
able to effectively communicate design project status to key stakeholders
● Website & digital – creating content including still and moving images [no
coding knowledge needed]
● All marketing collateral e.g. campaigns, trade presentations, brand
brochures, product and packaging visualisation, POS, mock ups etc.
● Asset creation to support with the always on ‘owned’ communication
channels [Instagram, Facebook, newsletter etc.]
● Design innovation – constantly looking for new, unexpected, and
improved ways to express the brand
the ideal candidate
● 2+ years working in a Graphic Design role or similar
● Takes pride in their work, with strong attention to detail
● Strong experience of working with Mac operating systems & Adobe
Creative Suite including InDesign, Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator
● Strong organisational & time management skills
● Excellent communication
● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced
environment
● Adaptable and resilient to last minute changes with experience working on
multiple projects simultaneously
● Comfortable using own initiative on design projects
● Has a good understanding of brand consistency
● Photography/ Art Direction experience preferred but not essential
● Knowledge of printing processes & an interest in structural design is
preferable
