As a People Partner (HR Advisor) you will work within our people partnering team and alongside the wider department to support itsu retail estate, across the UK.

role responsibility

• To have a practical, commercial, and operational understanding of ER, assisting, advising and training our General Store Managers on complex ER issues
• Supporting your Operation Managers in the creation of strong family trees, our team structures within stores, and management succession.
• Working closely with your Operation Managers in the completion of the shop performance review process, advising on the creation of performance improvement plans for their teams, where needed.
• Driving the people agenda, culture and engagement within shop locations.
• Managing the exit interview process and analyse results to improve retention.
• Responsibility for weekly/monthly reporting on People KPIs and insights
• Working collaboratively with the Talent team to support with recruitment and the L&D team in delivering people focused training programmes to upskill management competency.
• Ensuring consistency and co-ordination across all operational areas with other people partners.
• Ensuring paperwork and legal documentation involved is correct, proper and within the company policy and kept safe for future reference.

the ideal candidate

• You will have prior experience as a HR Advisor, Senior HR Assistant or similar.
• ER case management.
• Experience in managing a variety of stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to coach and support managers throughout your ‘circle’ retail estate.
• Confidence in taking full ownership of your role, working independently with your ‘circle’ but as part of a bigger people partners team.
• It would be ideal if you have worked within food and beverage, hospitality, or the retail industry.
