role responsibility

• Ensure goods receipts in our software (Sage 200) matches purchase orders & invoices
• Assist with container movements, coordinating with warehouses & freight forwarders
• Check & process logistics invoices: warehousing, distribution, freight & customs invoices
• Making enquiries where there are discrepancies and following up to ensure those queries are resolved
• Assisting with accruals and prepayments

• Computer literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft, especially Excel
