The primary role of the Management Accountant – Revenue and Costs will be in the preparation of the monthly management accounts for itsu Retail. This is a record to report role, and as such, responsibilities will include posting of prepayments and accruals, preparation of monthly reporting, business partnering with senior management, budgeting and forecasting and the preparation of annual statutory accounts for audit.

- Financial Reporting and Analysis: Proficient in preparing and analysing monthly and yearly accounts, including variance analysis and review of performance
- Internal Controls and Process Management: Skilled in maintaining accurate financial records, including preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, and a strong eye for identifying process improvements and efficiencies.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement: Strong ability to interpret and communicate financial data effectively with non-financial stakeholders to support decision-making
- Analytical Skills and Attention to Detail: Demonstrated capability in financial analysis, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify trends and anomalies.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced with financial reporting systems, such as like Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, enabling efficient data management and reporting.

- Finance qualifications required (ACA, CIMA or ACCA)
- Experience in a management accounting role strongly preferred
- Exposure to audit (either through practice or as key audit contact) beneficial
- Multi-site experience in retail, hospitality or similar field preferred
- Intermediate or advanced excel skills are strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics Business Central preferred
