Marketing Executive

scope of the role

This broad role will see you delivering across all marketing functions within the business and helping to execute the UK marketing strategy.

 

You will deliver engaging digital and social media campaigns as well as supporting our Operations Marketing Manager with our point-of-sale material and cross channel campaigns.  The position will suit a Marketing Executive with a minimum of 12 months of experience at a fast-paced brand who has experience in managing and creating cutting edge content.

 

You will see campaigns through from start to finish, including planning, brief creation, content development, activation and performance tracking.

 

You will be part of a vibrant, creative team that leads the way with fresh ideas and innovative thinking and a data-led approach to drive the business's success.

this is what you will do

  • You’ll support the planning and execution of integrated campaign activity comprising of paid digital, direct mail, third party lead generation and social.
  • You’ll create engaging content to underpin marketing and website activities.
  • You’ll support the refresh of in-store customer communications to improve customer experience.
  • You’ll track, and report on, campaign performance.
  • You’ll work with partner agencies for the day-to-day delivery of activities.

the ideal candidate

  • You’ll have previous marketing experience, ideally with go-to-market experience.
  • Comfortable working under pressure/in a fast-paced environment.
  • You’ll be able to demonstrate your creativity and innovation.
  • A keenness to work in a business with exciting and ambitious growth plans.
  • Experience within hospitality or retail would be preferable but not essential.
  • A conscientious fast learner who works well in a team and enjoys a challenge
