Operations Projects & Communication Partner

this is the role


The role reports directly to the Head of Operations and forms a vital part to our high-performing operations team and will be an incredible support to our teams in the shops. In this role, you will support all of the operational projects and will help to communicate operational change across different departments, while making sure all of this is perfectly planned in a timely manner.

 key responsibilities: 

  • Ensure that operational project requirements are fully documented and aligned to the overall business strategy of itsu
  • Overlooks Shop Communication while creating a clear structure and deadlines  
  • Shared ownership of our operations activity calendar 
  • Project managing all operational projects 
  • Ownership of all communication: Academy to operations team, operations to general managers, general managers to shops 
  • Development of new and existing tools to ensure that communication is relevant and understandable in shops

  • Proven ability to deliver projects through the full project life cycle, including clear and targeted reporting on status, timelines, and budget.
  • Previous experience in restaurants or food service, with a solid understanding of the hospitality business and its operations.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills, including proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Passionate about optimizing shop efficiencies, simplifying processes, and delivering retail operations with commercial acumen in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly with various stakeholders, including senior leaders and shop managers.
