People Executive

itsu [grocery] are hiring: people executive

This role is to start from January 2025. 

the ideal candidate:

  • self-starter with administrative experience required, preferably within an HR team
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • act professionally and with confidentiality
  • energy to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving and changing
  • competence using HR Information Systems [Fourth preferable, but not essential]
  • identify areas for improvement in the people function and support in developing it 
  • looking for a role that provides exposure to various aspects of the People function specifically Talent Management and Engagement

Scope of the role:

itsu [grocery] is looking for a People Executive as we expand our People team. The successful candidate will be integral to the success of the business ensuring that all candidates and employees have a great experience. 

  • Management of the entire recruitment and selection lifecycle; advertising, nterview management, providing feedback and onboarding administration  
  • Coordinate the annual graduate scheme 
  • Responsible for updating the HR Information System and trackers as necessary
  • Reporting on People KPIs including attrition and absence amongst others
  • Processing of promotions and annual pay review
  • Note-taking in ER meetings [when required]
  • Championing wellbeing initiatives and liasing with Mental Health First Aiders
  • Administration and advocacy of employee benefits
  • Driving company culture and engagement initiatives including length of service awards
  • GroceryAid HR representative
