Property Development Manager

role responsibility

  • Leading and consistently developing the project management of NSO’s (New Shop Openings) and ongoing projects, ensuring that all targets and handover dates are met and relayed to the rest of the business and key learning post every project are implemented.
  • Developing and managing relationships with external contractors
  • Managing costs within specified budgets and relaying any issues that arise through a build to the Property Director
  • Ensuring that project dates, plans and any changes are communicated to the relevant departments
  • Ensuring that any items of the build that are purchased directly have been ordered in good time to ensure schedules are met
  • Attending weekly site meetings ensuring that the company’s standards are being met and quality maintained
  • Driving forward and implementing key initiatives with regular reviews within the itsu ESG agenda
  • Participating in any of itsu’s cultural activities that involve Academy employees

scope of the role

The Property Development Manager drives & supports itsu’s ambitious plans for national expansion.

The Property Development Manager has a project management background and shows a determined and organised approach to processes. This role requires not only pragmatism and resourcefulness but also the ability to deliver solutions within tight deadlines as agreed with the key stakeholders. The individual builds strong relationships with contractors. Additionally, this individual can analyse & cost manage multiple projects.

  • Over 2 years of project management experience
