Senior Marketing Manager

With the support of the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for all customer facing marketing touchpoints in our shops. Everything from the campaigns on our windows driving footfall into our shops, through to the labels on our fridges making the eat beautiful customer journey as seamless as possible.

This means you’ll own the all-important Marketing Campaign Calendar and oversee the end-to-end campaign process, right from briefing our in-house designers through to implementation & delivery of brilliantly crafted marketing assets. You’ll have 2 direct line reports: a Marketing Operations Manager and a Marketing Executive.

main responsibilities

  • Creation and ownership of the annual Marketing Campaign Calendar which will be used across the business, and by Franchisees in the UK and abroad as the reference point for all campaign activity
  • End-to-end campaign management, focusing on bringing big national campaigns to life across multiple touchpoints  
  • Writing and delivering clear and detailed briefs to both internal individuals and teams [i.e., social media, PR, digital] as well as external agencies
  • Management of the delivery marketing calendar which will feed into the overall Marketing calendar & support the growth of delivery within the business

this is you


  • 4-5 years franchise marketing experience.
  • Project management experience within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communicator and be willing to influence through best practice and ROI.
  • Have experience managing a growth strategy across the UK and Internationally.
  • Experience within hospitality or retail would be preferable but not essential. 
  • French is desirable but not essential.
