scope of the role
- Administrative experience
- Accurately matching purchase orders to invoices and goods receipts. Entering these onto Sage 200.
- Making enquiries where there are discrepancies and following up to ensure those queries are resolved
- Logging warehousing and transport invoices for approval
- Dealing with colleague and supplier queries
- Liaising with other departments to investigate queries
- Assisting with accruals and prepayments
the ideal candidate
itsu [grocery] is looking for a Supply Chain Administrative Assistant to join its supply chain team. They will ensure stock received matches purchase orders and invoices and process these in an accurate manner. Discrepancies will be discussed with the supply chain team to come to a resolution. They will also support the processing of transport and warehouse invoices. This is a great entry-level role for people who are looking for a career in the FMCG industry.
