Scope of the role:

Are you a dynamic and ambitious individual looking to develop your supply chain skills and accelerate your career in a fast-paced food company? Then the new itsu [grocery] supply chain graduate scheme could be what you are looking for!

We are looking for a high-potential, motivated graduate to join our graduate scheme starting September 2024. This two-year scheme aims to give you an accelerated route to the supply chain management level. Our graduate scheme is tailored to you and will give you 6 months experience in the 4 key areas of our supply chain:

• order management & customer service
• supply planning
• demand planning 
• procurement 

Selection process: 

• Application and numerical reasoning test
• Online psychometric test
• Mini essay questions on supply chain and international trade
• Video interview 
• In person interview and task on 2^nd May 2024 

the ideal candidate: 

• Good organisation skills, analytical and the ability to communicate effectively [verbally and in writing]
• The self-motivation to work within a rapidly growing business that is constantly evolving with changing priorities
• A  2:2 degree or equivalent 
• The determination and commitment to be a future leader who can rise through our business
• Proactive at identifying issues as or before they arise
• Ability to work under pressure, meet targets and deadlines
• An open-minded approach and a flexible, can-do, friendly attitude
• A passion for food
